Modalities
Let’s explore together and discover which modality resonates with your unique journey. Because when it comes to your well-being, the best fit is the one that aligns with your individuality.
PLANT MEDICINES
Plant medicine utilizes ancient healing practices from indigenous traditions to promote deep healing, spiritual growth, and expanded insights. These holistic medicines address the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of a person, restoring balance and facilitating profound transformation.
BREATHWORK
Breathwork is a conscious breathing practice that helps release stress, improve emotional well-being, and access deeper states of awareness. It promotes healing by connecting mind and body, often leading to greater clarity, relaxation, and emotional release.
ENERGY WORK
Energy work focuses on balancing and clearing the body’s energetic fields to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. By aligning energy flow, it helps restore harmony, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
MEDITATION
Meditation encourages a state of awareness and focused attention, helping to reduce stress, increase calmness, and promote clarity and emotional health.
COACHING
Personal coaching helps individuals unlock potential, achieve goals, and overcome challenges with tailored support, actionable strategies, and accountability.
RETREATS
Retreats offer immersive experiences that allow individuals to step away from daily stressors and engage deeply with holistic practices in serene environments.
FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE
Functional medicine takes a holistic approach to healthcare, focusing on identifying and addressing the root causes of diseases through an understanding of each patient’s unique health profile.
NATUROPATHIC MEDICINE
Naturopathic medicine combines modern medical science with natural treatments to support the body’s inherent ability to heal and maintain optimal health.
What I Do
I’ve been there, trust me.
Ever feel like you’re losing your mind trying to figure out why you’re not feeling better mentally, emotionally, spiritually, or even physically? Maybe you’ve tried the traditional routes; therapy, pharmas, self medicating but it’s not resonating anymore. Maybe you’ve heard that there are other healing modalities out there, but the whole landscape seems confusing and you have no idea where to start.
I’ve been there, trust me.
My mission is to connect you with modalities to explore and enhance the mind, body, and the soul beyond what is offered in the mainstream. To provide you with vetted and trusted people, places, and things to take the guesswork and time spent out for you. To show you, if the conventional routes aren’t your jam, there is plenty more.
Society has come to expect and demand “a pill for every ill” (Busfield 2010: 934). Prescription drugs thus moved from the periphery to the core of medicine. Drugs have become the go-to treatment, a shift reinforced by factors relating to the culture of medicine, changing institutional constraints in health care, and health policy.

Your Conscious Concierge
From as far back as I can recall, most of my life had undercurrents of anxiety and depression even though I couldn’t really put it into words. It was like these emotions were always there, beneath the surface, shaping my experiences without me fully understanding them.

The percentage of U.S. adults who report having been diagnosed with depression at some point in their lifetime has reached 29.0%, nearly 10 percentage points higher than in 2015. The percentage of Americans who currently have or are being treated for depression has also increased, to 17.8%, up about seven points over the same period. Both rates are the highest recorded by Gallup since it began measuring depression using the current form of data collection in 2015. – Gallup

Antidepressants are the most prescribed class of drugs in the U.S., yet only 30% of patients with depression receive any form of psychotherapy, despite guidelines recommending a combination of both treatments for best outcomes.
In the management of chronic pain with associated depression or anxiety, 70% of patients receive antidepressants, while only 25% engage in pain management therapy or counseling, which are key components of a comprehensive treatment plan.
In the U.S., the rate of psychiatric medication use among adults increased by 22% from 2001 to 2010, but the proportion of those receiving psychotherapy during this period decreased by almost 10%, indicating a growing reliance on medication alone.
